Wicked Wick Wonders Custom Candles – Candle Refill Service Policy

At Wicked Wick Wonders Custom Candles, we’re committed to sustainability and helping you enjoy your favourite vessels for longer. Our refill service allows you to bring your own candle tumbler and have it refilled with your chosen fragrance.

Eligibility & Accepted Vessels

​

• Vessels must be heat‑safe (glass, ceramic, or metal).

• Vessels must be free from cracks, chips, or heat damage.

• We do not refill plastic, thin glass, or decorative vessels not designed for candle use.

• We reserve the right to decline any vessel we deem unsafe.

Cleaning Requirements

​

• Vessels must be clean, empty, and free of wax residue.

• If cleaning is required, a $5 cleaning fee will apply.

Refill Options

​

• Choose from our curated fragrance menu.

• Standard and premium scents available.

• Wick type will be matched to vessel size for safe burning.

Turnaround Time

​

• Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days.

• Busy periods may extend processing times.

By submitting your vessel for refill, you acknowledge:

Refunds & Replacements

• Refill services are non‑refundable.

• If your vessel is deemed unsafe, we will contact you before proceeding.

Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up

​

• Drop-off location: Your business address or pickup point

• You will be notified when your refill is ready for collection.
