At Wicked Wick Wonders Custom Candles, every candle is handmade with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our products are crafted in small batches and are heat‑sensitive, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and replacements.
✨ All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our candles, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or general dissatisfaction once a product has been opened or used.
Please note:
We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure during transit. Candles may soften or melt in warm weather, so we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. Wicked Wick Wonders Custom Candles is not responsible for:

You may need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
🏡 Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
🎁 Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or bulk orders are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
